We are therefore unhappy to hear that Samsung have announced that they are to discontinue their SF370 and SF375TP fax machines, and not replace them. These low use inkjet fax machines are one of some most popular products and are sold into many customers including the NHS and various government bodies.

The decision to not replace these products has left us rather confused as the market for home use fax machines has not dwindled recently. However, we have found that the market for this size of fax machines has actually increased with more and more companies looking for a low use machine to work alongside e-mail and internet communications. Samsung have announced that these machines will be discontinued in June 2010, but have not given many distributors time to order their last stocks.
