* Contact is quick and effective.  You have a freephone line and a human being to answer it.  Some big names in your field use internet-only contact, but what happens if the customer needs help? Email and chat line support is common these days, especially with big suppliers, but customers suffer.

* Your staff are efficient, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and ring back when they say they will.  Adam was superb: I sometimes train customer service staff and wish I could record him for courses!

* My free delivery arrived promptly this morning, about 20 hours after I placed the order. Brilliant.  No wasted time waiting for a van to arrive.

* Your prices are competitive, especially in view of the personal service you provide.  Anonymous cut-price internet suppliers may sometimes have slightly lower prices, but your service more than makes up the difference.
