How To Use Our Website

We have thousands of products on our website and, because of this, we also have a lot of different categories in our online catalogue. There are several ways to find a specific item - by product type, by manufacturer or by using the search function.

Finding An Item By Product Type

To find an item by product type you simply click on the type of product it is from the selection to the left of your screen. Due to the variety of items we sell, some product types are found within other categories. The following is run-down of which items are in each section...

• Audio Solutions - Speakers and amps are found here listed by manufacturer.
• Projectors - All our data projectors and overhead projectors can be found here and are listed by use (such as Portable or Education) as well as being listed by manufacturer.
• Projector Accessories - Any additional projector options are listed here by type. They include ceiling mounts, replacement lamps, screens, cables, visualisers and remote controls.
• Office Machines - The items listed here include fax machines, printers, multifunction machines, labelling machines, laminators, shredders and telephones.
• Toner, Ink and Consumables - Lists anything you will need to keep your machine running such as toner cartridges, drum units, ink cartridges or film ribbons. Items are shown by manufacturer for easy reference.
• Office Furniture - This area includes any larger pieces of furniture such as cabinets, noticeboards and storage.
• TVs and Digital Displays - Contains televisions (LCD, Plasma, LED) and digital displays such as digital signage and public information displays. Television wall and ceiling mounts are also found here.
• Interactive Products and Copyboards - All our interactive items such as interactive whiteboards, voting response systems and touch screen displays are in here alongside standard whiteboards, chalkboards and copyboards.
• Notebooks and Computer Equipment - Desktop computers, laptop computers and notebook computers are found here along with new technology such as videophones and netbooks.
• Cases and Bags - Carry cases for notebook and netbooks can be found here.

Finding An Item By Manufacturer

The last category is Products by Manufacturer and lists all the companies we deal with. To find a product simply click on a make to be shown a range of product types. Then select the type of product you need and you will then see all the products of matching type.

Searching For An Item

If you have a product code or description you can search our site using the Search Box on the right hand side of the screen. Simply enter the code and click Search and our site will do a Google powered search for the information entered. If nothing is found, or the item you need does not come up, you can perform an internal search which looks deeper into each product. You can perform this task by clicking on the Internal Search button at the top of the results page.

Other Information

The other way to find a product is to simply give us a call and ask.

For extra convenience, any item which has an ink cartridge or option which fits it will have these products as Related Items between the main picture and the specifications. That way, even if you do not have the code for a toner, you can find it by finding the machine you have.

If you have any problems placing an order on our website, you can always order over the telephone. Our offices are open from 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday* and our friendly staff will be happy to process an order for you.

Our website uses SagePay to process card payments. This system connects to your bank through the 3D secure system which is operated by your bank and requires a password which has been set-up by you and your bank**. If you have difficulty placing an order please call us. Our website does not retain ANY card details but your address will be retained if you set-up an account.
